Payment conditions
By purchasing a digital or physical artwork from our website, you agree to the following payment conditions.

Credit Card
Secure credit card payments are accepted for all formats (digital artworks, physical pieces, sculptures).

Bank Transfer (IBAN)
Bank transfers are accepted for all amounts and products.

Cryptocurrency
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL).
After your transfer, please send the transaction hash and your order number to us via email
⚠️ Double-check wallet addresses: any error may result in loss of funds and cancellation of the transaction.

When paying via Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency, the selected artwork will be reserved as soon as we receive your transfer. It will be made unavailable to other collectors in the gallery for up to 5 days, pending full payment confirmation.
All online transactions are encrypted and secured to protect your payment data.
Please note: It is your responsibility to verify all payment information. In case of incorrect wallet address or bank details, Wording Art is not liable for any resulting loss or cancellation.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may change without notice.Prices include applicable VAT, but do not include shipping fees, as well as customs duties.
After your payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order may be automatically canceled and the artwork released.

Digital Artworks: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Artworks: Production and delivery may take between 10 to 15 business days, depending on the selected finish, size, and destination.
⚠️ Upon delivery, inspect your piece immediately. If a defect is noticed, please report it without delay.

If the damage is due to transport, we will try to replace the piece.

If replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

In case of ordering error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably.
In absence of agreement, disputes fall under Cypriot law, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts of Paphos.
