  • These Terms govern all sales made via the website wording-art.com, whether for digital or physical artworks offered by Wording Art.

    Uniqueness of Artworks

    Each Wording Art creation is a certified original — offered in a limited edition or as a unique piece. Once collected, an artwork is no longer available.

  • All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, but excluding delivery fees.
    Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes.

    Availability of Artworks

    Artworks displayed as "available" in our gallery can be acquired immediately. We operate on a first come, first served basis.
    Once a piece is collected, it is no longer accessible to other buyers. Sold artworks may remain visible for exhibition purposes.

  • Orders are placed directly on the website. The process includes:

    1. Selection of artwork

    2. Cart validation

    3. Entry of billing/delivery details

    4. Choice of payment method

    5. Acceptance of these terms and confirmation

  • Placing an order on wording-art.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  • All purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Accepted methods include:

    • Credit Card

    • Bank Transfer

    • Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin & Solana – upon confirmation of transaction hash)

     

    Orders not paid within 24 hours are canceled.

  • According to applicable law, the following are not eligible for return or withdrawal:

    • Customized or Made-to-Order products

    • Digital content, once access has been granted

    • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Depending on the chosen edition, an artwork may be offered as an unlimited edition, a limited series, or a unique piece.

    For limited or unique editions, your order reserves the piece for up to 24 hours, pending payment.
    After this period, it may be released for sale again.

    Unlimited editions remain available as long as the series is active.

    • Digital artworks are delivered instantly via email.

    • Physical artworks are shipped according to the production time and destination country.
      Detailed delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

  • All physical artworks benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects. In case of damage or non-conformity, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on availability.

  • wording-art.com cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of the artworks, or by delivery services.

  • These terms are governed by Cypriot law. In case of legal dispute, only the courts of Paphos have jurisdiction.

  • All content on the website — visual, textual, sound or software — is the exclusive property of Wording Art.Purchasing an artwork grants the buyer personal usage rights only. Any commercial use requires prior written permission.

  • Your personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and enhancing the customer experience.
    We do not sell your data, and your privacy is protected in accordance with applicable regulations.
